Description

(NOTE: YOU CANNOT SELECT MYTHIC PIECES FOR CREATING A GUIDE HERE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUN THE SATANICS LISTED HERE IN THE RING, BELT AND GLOVE SLOTS. IN THESE SLOTS YOU WANT PIECES WITH ALL TALENTS + CHAIN LIGHTNING + MAGIC DAMAGE/% .)

This is the basis of the White Mage build I've been using to play for Rank 1 solo Wormhole.

There are a few variations of the build and different rune choices to go for.

Firstly runes, starting off until you're finding damage to be an issue in Wormholes you will want to go for resistance runes in all slots to try to balance your resistances.

Once you're at a point damage is becoming an issues you can go for a bunch of Goh V runes and Ist or Wii runes. ( If you're using Wii runes you will want to run Bottle of Sake in the potion slot. )

For talents there are a few variations you can make. Personally I only use Mana Orb at 25 when I have an Oversized relic, without an Oversized relic I will tend toward 25 in Restless Spirits. You can also play with different talent balancing between Healing Zone and Absorb Shield.

For your Mercenary you want to run the Melee, I put 1 point in all Offensive abilities for the stuns he brings. For the defensive side I run as follows: 1 - Taunt 30 - Armor Boost 1 - Counter measure 30 - HP Boost 29 - Symbosis 1- Shielding

The thinking for this build is you want all the stuns the melee merc brings, and build the defensive side primarily for damage reduction. You do not need Replenish with White Mage since you're constantly being healed, He essentially just gives you a nice extra absorb shield and flat damage reduction from Symbiosis.

Best of luck with White mage and I hope to see you on the leaderboards soon :)

Great Guide! I came back to it extensively to keep absorbing everything about the build. I'm sure i'll see you on the leaderboards soon

I was left with a question.

Is the energy Stat able to boost chain lightning damage? or should your readers simply avoid energy because its effect is negligable compared to magic damage %? Because energy isn't a priority, should we also not care about energy relics?
